PAYMENTS and FEES:
Payments are made in advance of each term.
Cash payments are not accepted. All payments to be done EFT. Bank charges for cash deposits will be charged to your account.
Once of Registration Fee of R250 is charged and then thereafter an Administration Fee of R200 is due with 1st terms payment.
Fee increases annually at the beginning of each year. If fees are not paid timely, the Parent/Guardian agrees to pay all charges including legal fees which may arise in the event that legal action and/or other action is taken by Splash Swim Academy to recover any fees or amounts due.

TERMINATION OF LESSONS:
Membership shall continue for an indefinite period subject to One calendar month's emailed notice, or One months fees in lieu of notice to be paid on leaving Splash Swim Academy. 
NB: Notice will NOT be accepted between 30th November and 31st January.
If the participant is changing from 2 lessons to 1 lesson per week, One months notice is required. 

LESSONS MISSED:
Lessons missed, cancelled or not attended bt the participant will NOT "be made up" or refunded. This includes lessons missed due to Public holidays, School holidays, raining, lightning and flooding.
If a coach is sick and unable to teach, your account will be credited accordingly. 
If the pool is unusable, your account will be credited accordingly. 

SCHOOL & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:
We are closed on Public and School holidays.

POOL ETIQETTE:
Participants are required to wear caps.
Parent/Guardian are responsible to watch their children at all times before & after their lessons. Coaches won't be held responsible for participants outside of their lesson.
There is to be NO running around, unassisted diving or jumping into the pool.
Children using the pool who are NOT potty trained are to wear swimming nappies.

INDEMNITY FORM:
Whilst every care is taken to ensure yours or your child's safety, Redwood College or Maris Stella School, Splash Swim Academy, Karen Henson and/or her employees shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to property or injury to any person or child participating in swimming lessons, or while on the property, directly or indirectly. All facilities or equipment on the premises are used by everyone at their own risk.

I/We authorize Karen Fisher and her employees (Swimming Coaches) to obtain medical assistance, which they deem necessary should an accident occur, and agree to pay all medical expenses incurred on behalf of the above participant. 

This wavier is unconditional and is given in both my personal capacity as Parent/Guardian of any minor concerned.
